SAS TECHNOLOGY FOR 6 GHz WLAN

With the FCC 6 GHz Report and Order (R&O), FCC 20-511, the FCC requires that the Automated Frequency Coordination (AFC) system rely on the Universal Licensing System (ULS) for fixed microwave link data when calculating and establishing the exclusion zones to protect those microwave links from harmful interference in the 5.925-6.425 GHz and 6.525-6.875 GHz bands.

RED Technologies actively contributes to the definition of this AFC through its constant participation to the Wireless Innovation Forum and the 6 GHz Multi Stakeholder Group.
