PIERRE-JEAN MULLER
Chief Executive Officer
Pierre-Jean Muller (Ms Eng., MBA, CNAM, HEC) is the CEO and co-founder of RED Technologies. He has held senior engineering and research and development roles at Huawei, NEC Technologies, BELL Labs and is an active participant in international telecoms standards-setting committees. Pierre-Jean is an active participant in several international telecoms standards-setting committees and a board member of the Wireless Innovation Forum in the United States. He has written over 25 dynamic spectrum and network management related patents.
MICHAEL ABITBOL
Managing Director
Michael Abitbol (MBA, HEC) is the Managing Director and co-founder of RED Technologies. He has extensive experience in business development and management in Europe, Asia, and the US, having held executive positions in international companies both within and outside the software development & SaaS sector. Michael is Vice Chairman of the board and treasurer of 4iP, an association working with academia, policy makers and regulators to facilitate a deeper understanding of the invention process and of technology investment decision-making based on IP.
BRUNO RAMBAUD

Bruno Rambaud (X Polytechnique, Ponts) brings 25+ years experience in executive level positions at leading multinationals in the aeronautic, defense, space and critical communications sectors (Alstom, Thales, Marta com, Rockwell-Collins…). He currently still holds various board positions. Bruno Rambaud, who launched the TETRA system has received the prestigious French Knight of the Legion of Honour award for his contribution to engineering and the French economy. He is a Honorary President of GICAT.
JOELLE TOLEDANO

Joëlle Toledano (PhD Mathematics & Economics) is a renowned expert in telecommunications regulation and strategy. She has held executive-level positions in major french entreprises such as Alcatel and La Poste, and is the author of the report "Dynamic Spectrum Management for Innovation and Growth" on spectrum policy" for the french government. Joëlle is a board member of the French National Frequencies Regulator ANFR. She has received the prestigious Medal of the National Order of Merit and is French Knight of the Legion of Honor.

Olivier Dubuisson (Ms Eng., MBA IAE) is General Manager and Partner at French technology venture capital firm KARISTA (https://www.karista.vc) focusing at investing in early-stage innovative companies with high-growth potential. He is a telecom engineer by training with experience in the defense (Thales) and telecoms sectors (Aqsacom). Olivier has been an early investor in high potential and successful companies such as chipset manufacturer Sequans Communications (NASDAQ SQNS) or Voluntis (EURONEXT VTX).
